How to use global option
First of all Open the peach tree software and click on the option button  and select the global the following window will appear:                       

 

When we select the global option the  window will be shown as follow:   
Accounting
In this window we will select the Number of Decimal from 1 to 4, Hide General Ledger Account and many Other Options than click "Ok" . After that we click on General the following window will open :    

General
In general, we will select Improve Performance, Line item entry display, small data entry and color scheme after selecting press" Ok ". Following window will open:
   

Peach tree partners
 we can select the level of  security  for our software. We can keep it low, medium or high as per our requirement.

In this window we can check Peach tree spelling and spell check option. In spell check option we will select Check spelling as you type, Suggestion speed & accuracy, running options and main dictionary language.

Maintaining Customer Prospects First of all open the peach tree software after opening the peach tree software then select the maintain from main top bar and the list will be open and the window will be as following Select the customer prospects so customer prospects tells us about the customer details means customer nature, type of customer, amount of sales, amount of receives etc. So, after selecting the customer prospects the window will open as following   Ø In the above mention window on the top there is a bar in which there is option of close, save, delete, new, event and help etc. Ø Then there is customer id in which we enter customer id that is alpha numeric.
